ARTICLE II. - OFFICES
Section 2.1 PRINCIPAL OFFICE: The principal executive office and the principal office for the transaction of the business of the corporation may be established at any place or places within the State of California by resolution of the Board of Directors.
ARTICLE III, SECTION 3.1 - MEMBERSHIP
Section 3.1 MEMBERS:
This Corporation shall have members
Section 3.2 NON-VOTING MEMBERS:
The Board may adopt policies and procedures for the admission of associate members or other designated members who shall have no voting rights in the corporation. Such associates or other members are not members of the corporation as defined in section 5056 of California Corporation Code or any successor provision.
